Since I use it medicinally for arthritis, indica by far has the best pain relieving properties as far as im concerned.

I'll vote half and half even tho I have never smoked any 50/50 bud. But my last grow was a 100% indica and the high was all body, I mean things went somewhat numb all over and vibes/tingling feelings ran threw my body for about 1 hour. I felt alittle sleepy ather the high but all in all it was good. I'm sure the 50/50 would be a really good high if you can get the right strains together :p . Anyone know of a good mix??
