Smoking Resin

My roommate has a bong that hasn't seen any action in about a year that's got little bits of herb and resin on the inside. Bastard gave up smoking and says he doesn't know where to get any but he kept this bong around (probably to torture me). Anyways, will the resin still get me high after a year or am I just gonna give myself lung cancer

I wish i could pack a bowl. It doesn't even have the hitter piece, just the glass. i'm getting alot of resin and bits of shake out of it though. I'll let y'all know if I catch anything.

He stopped smoking and turned into an alcholic instead. And don't really want to approach some guy on the street and be like, yo you toke? I've tried this before and haven't had any luck with it
