How does one go about opening a medical marijuana club in california. Just curious on what it takes and where to start. Any info appreciated

Um, well you have to have a lot of pot first and money.

Then you need to get an office or store.

Then you need a business license from the city CoC.

Then you set up some forms agreeing to provide medicine to your patients, who after verification can now by pot.

PS, don't be scared of the city fighting to shut you down, this is just great publicity. The dispensary I go to is kinda a franchise, but not really. Anyways, they opened stores in two locations, but only one city tired to shut them down, that resulted in a lot of attention, now that store is booming. He said the one that didn't get hassled gets no business.
