My experience, albeit limited, has indicated that it's not a good idea to grow in pure coco. The seedling mix should be either 50/50 coco/perlite or 1/3 coco, 1/3 perlite, 1/3 wormcastings. I would recommend starting over with a better soil mix if possible, or perhaps just transplant your seedling into a new mix without disturbing the root.

i had the same problem. i thought it was my temps and humidity. but those are fixed and the plants just keep gettin worse. hope yours get better though.
I had something very similar happen to my seedlings. Killed three of them and to this day I dunno if I over-watered, under-watered, or baked them by having a 125w CFL two inches from them, with the heat being 80 to 90 directly under the reflector. I did an autopsy afterwards and found the root just below the soil level to be shriveled, darkened, hard and tough...I believe thats a sign of damping-off which I think I caused by overwatering but I'm still not sure. I posted a drawing of it here: http://boards.cannabis.com/showthread.php?t=85579
Now I have started new seedlings (bag seed!! Not wasting my good hybrids till I can get past the seedling stage!! lol) and am doing controlled experimental watering, doing each one differently. I also have a new 465cfm vortex exhaust fan as well as a 265cfm Dayton intake fan. It's still warm here in Socal and 75 during the day but I am hoping the fans keep the temps in check.
I don't know if any of this has been helpful, but thats the extent of my indoor growing experience.

.
My guess: too much watering, too much nutes, and too little light.

hey I have/had as it is passing the exact same problem. See pics
I dont know 100% why it happened but. I had mine under a t 400W MH and It was too hot. So i first moved it under some T5's. the plants were still getting worse but at a much slower rate.
I think decided to transplant the seedlings into new soil. I had them in Black gold organic potting soil. It was a little bit too strong. So now I have them in a mix to peat moss, sand and Perlite. They are doing great now.
I would suggest using that mix, its just the cheapest potting mix they have and its great for seedlings as it has such good drainage.

Nutes in the soil.
Hard to tell though, the soil looks a bit compact and stuffy, is any air getting to the roots?
I'm no expert though, .
Had something similar happen to me. I started my first grow which im still in (3 weeks deep now). And a couple of my plants did that to me. I did some research and discovered there is a plant disease out there. That kill's the roots so that your plant can't drink or eat. It comes from not sterlizing everything you give your plant doesnt affect many weed plant's but sometimes it's seen. You have to try to sterlize everything you put in that dirt. Don't use tap water. I mean you can use it but boil it let get room temp then use it. I usally keep 4 gallon's under my kitchen sink. But seriously I kept my babies in the dirt tring to flush them changing the dirt. And it seemed hopeless so i dumped the couple that had did that. You can't reuse the dirt as well not a good idea. Even if the plant does make it don't reuse the dirt what keeps one plant alive can make another plant die. There is a plant disease solution out there. That you might want to try. But you have to use it once a week for about 5 weeks straight to see results. And it is said to affect taste and quality of the weed. So unless those are the only seeds you got i don't recommend doing that. Best bet is to start over with fresh seed's disinfect the pots before you reuse them. But if you try something and it works let us know!!! Keep hope alive brother
