hard to tell from the lack of details but are you overwatering them, do you let the soil dryout completely between waterings

Looks like they're young, not getting enough light (internode space is a bit more than what I'm used to). Other than that if your growing dirt, watch the water and make sure you follow the directions for mixing your nutes ( I'd suggest organic all-in-one from Epson).
