To start you off, you can pick up some Alaskian fish emulsion fertilizer. It's readily available at most box stores. It's a good source of nitrogen for the veg stage. I wouldn't feed them anything for the first couple weeks though.

Yeah, fish emulsion works great, once your plants get older they do really well if you feed them every water, but only at a weak strength (like 1/4 or 1/2). PLUS, because it's an organic fertilizer, the risk of burning your plants is really low. bonus!

Cal Mag, Liquid Karma and Super Thrive IMO. These are all adatives that help your plants through the cycle of life and assist your mane nute. They are a must have for me.

You need:

These are the BASICS-
1) a solid, complete veg fert with micronutrients
2) a complete flower fert with micronutrients
3) a transplant-shock reducing agent. Superthrive is popular and I like it too.
4) pH adjusters

You will also want to have access to:

organic veg supplements-
Fish emulsion
Blood meal

organic flower supplements-
Bat guano
Seaweed extract
Sugar supplement and carb synth

Helpful other additives to deal with deficiencies and stuff-
Epsom salts
Silica Blast
Iron Green
CalMag

But always remember, good soil is your most trustworthy fertilizer!

Hi Boostin
I nutrient burn 3 plants the first time growing in soil and got some REVIVE from Advanced Nutrients.I flushed them first and then used the Revive and
they came back and turned green and started growing again. They finished up and did real good for all the mistakes I made.Advanced Nutrients has a 800 number and this guy Mike can give you all the help with your plant problems.
Good Luck and keep on growing
