i've been growing for several years indoors and have read up on it every chance i get.i have seen the terms SCROG,SOG,and LST on here.what exactly do these mean?

The meanings:

SCROG= SCReen Of Green.

SOG= Sea Of Green.

LST= Low Stress Training/Tying.

Tried to edit it but I missed the 5 min mark...
