No. I was drunk/stoned once when I got a curfew violation, and the officer didn't do anything. Now I'm sure if you waive your right to the 5th, like in any normal situation, he can search you. But being specifically busted for curfew violation doesn't waive any of your rights or give the officer any extra privileges.
