lighting help

A few days ago i asked if GE reveal light bulbs would work any good...a few of you said no =(. Now i'm asking...if 4 light bulbs would be alright for 1 plant the first 2 weeks b4 i get some better lights, the seeds are already germinated/germinating ones planted and should be sprouting any day. PLZ HELP =p

While i'm asking dumb light questions.. i have a 8ft fluorescent black light, will that have any affect on the plant?
