first time grower

:smokin: hi ppl iv bin smoke weed,and hash for over fifteen years now and paid out a lot ov money to dealer for shit weed most ov the time ,so im wont to start growing my own,iv managed to get my hands on some white widow seeds,i have a coal house the size is 3 and a half ft by 4and a half ft and 8 ft deep,can any one tell me what size bulb i need:) my freind has over to give me a complete hydro set up the light with it is 400w hps will that be ok ....anyfeed bak would be great thanks....;)

It might be i cant really tell from ur mesuremeants be alittle more clear if the room is 3x4x8 then yea a 400 will work ok, might want a 600, most 400wtt lights are good for 4x4 spaces. i use a 400 in a 2x4 area and its amazing.
