Rapid rooters

Hi all i use rockwool to grow in but have heard rapid rooters are better to grow in.Do rapid rooters have starter cubes then larger cubes to go into like rockwool.If anyone can let me know i would appreciate it cheers.

I think they only come in one size and then you can cut a hole in the rockwool for them just like you would with a smaller rockwool cube. I stick the entire thing in my hydro medium once sprouted. i really like those little things but I doubt they are that much better than anything else all in all.
