So after smoking heavily, or to me it seems like a lot I decided to take a break. Last sunday was the last time i smoked and so that is 7 days now.
Info on my usage -
2 Years smoking, .5 -1 gram a day / weekends could vary up 2-3+ grams day
during the 7 days soo far, Ive done some things to try to rid of the thc faster and speed up the process instead of sitting on my ass and waiting for my body to clear it out..
Ive been exerising everyday, doing 2 30 min sets of Cardio where I sweat ALOT and been drinking water only and my diet has been a low-fat one during this time.
so today being the 7th day, you think my tollerance is now down. I am thinking of going another week off or maybe longer. I feel like I wanna smoke again soon, even tempted these last couple days probably only cause it was the weekend.. I just wanna have no tollerance again and be loaded when I do smoke again.

2 weeks + working out should do the trick pretty nicely.. just take it easy when you come back so it'll take a while before your tolerance is back

the first time i quit smoking weed i only went for 12 days and i got sooo fuckin stoned off 3 bong rips of dank i seriously couldnt believe it. it was like being high for the first time again. but now im on probation so i cant imagine what that first hit is gonna be like after 3 months. but trust me 2 weeks is plenty.

2 weeks should be enough for a medium-level detox. i've heard of people going several months for it to be out of their system (assuming one would be testing themselves on levels such as drug test etc..).
I need to do this myself too. Once I burn the rest of my stash, I'm gonna try and go a few weeks without burning.

^^
I'm doing this for myself so it does not have to be completely out, or masked, I chose to do it cause I was just feeling a bit burned out and bomby strains were not even hitting me anymore.
i always thought it would take longer than that.
I think I'm speeding the process up a lot by exercising everyday, working out hard where I sweat a lot and drinking tons of water to go with it so hopefully my metabolism will speed up with the process.

I was thinking about not smoking every day to keep tolerance low or keep working out daily while smoking so it doesn't build up in my fat.. Ill smoke in the evenings like do 1 good session and call it good instead of multiple
can't wait to smoke again though, since all this time off, ive accumilated different strains..
have some kali mist, durban, grandaddy purple and couple no name bomby strains.. The reward will be great I hope.

My other goal for this detox period was to improve my memory or at least get it back to normal.. I was taking this vitamin from Super Nutrition called Think clearly to help but not sure if it is helping or not.
Any suggestions on helping my brain clear up faster, I have a Flush Free Niacin 500mg here but havent used it. I read somewhere, that it helps remove THC and helps with memory.

Man i really need to do this. A weekend is my normal day. Honestly if i go all day without smoking then smoke just at night like an hour before sleep i get amazingly higher then i usually would lol, i need to take a break tho, just when you dont get anything better to do and you got weed its hard.

Day 10
Can't believe I havent smoked but I suppose it isn't that long, The only hard times were when I was with friends smoking around me and around many different strains. Good thing is im archieving many different strains when I start up again.. sealed them up with the food saver and can't wait to break them open.
I might light up this weekend, seems to short though for a break. Saturday will be day 13, ya think my tollerance will be greatly reduced. Take in mind that im exerising everday sweating a lot and eating low-fat during this beak so im thinking day 13 will be like 28 days compared to someone that just stopped smoking but is eating fatty and not doing much.

well when i stopped for a little more then 2 weeks my tollerance went way down. but it only lasted for the first like 5 times of smoking again. then the tollerance was back to the way it was b4. i definatly go really really high teh first couple of times blazing and i did feel different after not smoking for a week. my advice is to just slow down or alternate days of smoking. that will keep your tollerance lower but not as low as u want it, and save you some money.

I was thinking about that too, how would it be in a week after smoking again.. I am going to try to keep it down most of the time, by exerising now like I have been. I run 1 mile every day and I am going to only smoke in the evening on most days and maybe during the day on a rare occasion.

Quit for 4 years, you'll get higher than you've ever been! Thats what I did. Smoked some mids/regs and got fucking blasted off a joint and half shared with 2 other people!
Your tolerance should be pretty low. You know, people with high tolerance get rid of it faster. I hope you've been eating a lot, that increases your metabolism. I would say you've lowered it, but I'm not sure how much, should be more than enough to get a great high.
