hmm, seems to me you should start worrying about harvesting, not feeding some more. If you have been flushing for a week then give it another week or maybe 1/2 week and harvest! 53 days is plenty enough. Keep in mind also that you are looking (with a magnafying glass) at the individual trichomes (crystals) on the leaves and hairs to start changing colors, not the hairs themselves. The hairs may indeed start to change colors at some point in time depending on the strain, but your main focus should be the trichomes.

You have nice fatty fist sized buds there. Time to get your smoke on

I'd say your plant could take a little longer, maybe 2-3 weeks. 10 weeks flowering is about normal for a sativa. But like deft says you should be checking the trichs not the hairs for when to harvest. Wait untill at least most of them are cloudy for a head buzz or if you prefer more of a couchlock stone wait a little longer till they change amber.

fan leaves turning yellow is usually not a good thing but that late in the flowering phase it is not the worst thing that could be happening just pay attention to the buds themselves.

A common practice is to trim 95% of fan leaves off 1.5 weeks before harvesting so that all the energy from the light is absorbed by the buds rather than the leaves. Keep in mind however that you need the fan leaves for proper plant production so don't get too chop happy. Actually, since is this your first grow maybe you should just skip that for this time until you feel more comfortable. But for now you should be watching the trichomes for sure.

Like hudson88 said depending on the high you want from the trichomes be your own judge!
