where do you guys download your music? for the ones that do.
kazaa has too many spywares for my own liking...and IRC is too slow!

Limewire is good... u can also download Limewire Pro (which is 5 dollars a month or somthing) for free off the free version of limewire lol

If you somewhat computer savy you can get any type of movie / mp3 / pics you want from the following programs listed in order of ease of difficulty first being least difficult.

1. limewire or something similar
2. Bitlord or a similar bittorrent application
3. DC++ which stands for direct connect protocol. It is an open source client that enable you to browse other users file lists by way of chat hubs. It is extremely reliable, uses hardly any system resources and has no spyware. It takes a little reading to configure it to be optimized so start with "passive" mode to get rolling.

I suggest Ares. fast, and efficient
uses little resources

but if you have the power to run it, use Limewire

Soulseek is wonderful.
I started out with bearshare. Then limewire. Then a true downloader showed me Soulseek. Organized chatrooms depending on genre, can dl by album, but those who do not share themselves are hated.
And for movies or very rare things, Bittorrent or w/e works very well.
Theres even a THC room for all us stoners. You'll find me there usually.

LIMEWIRE but every fuckin time i start downloading music my computer gets4723986452983742987 viruses...........anyone know a fix for that?

If you're not a noob, torrent an irc have an abundance of music.. but you gotta know how to do stuff.

noobs, just use limewire pro. You can download it off regular limewire :thumbsup:
