I am having court this thursday. I was just wondering if you think they will test me when I go there? I was arrested for possession and paraphanelia.

better yet, refuse to sign the release papers saying something about drug testing and STD's, they cant make you sign them, tell them it violates your constitutional right to privacy. dont listen to their threats, they really cant do anything to you if you refuse to sign them. and have a lawyer present when your signing papers and ask him what they mean.

Tell them to Fuck off. You got busted with smoke gear. Misdemeanor. It's kinda obvious that your a chiefer. Prob probation for 6 mos, monthly p test. No sweat. The Drug War rules!:confused:

no i haven't had court yet but I'm not getting probation. I was wondering if they would check me when I enter court? I highly doubt the will but just incase.
