Woooooo, just went to a TOOL concert the other day in Pittsburgh and now i'm so obsessed with Maynard James Keenan. Such great music to toke to. So trippy and such. Geez.:D :D :D

You are so lucky, I love TooL. I saw APC in 2001, it was rad. My friends mom is friends with Maynard...seems like a cool guy. God I love tool.

Tool one of the few metal bands I like, other than maybe Primus. Metallica has some ok stuff too. I guess it's just because I don't associate to much with the metal heads. I prefer the punk rockers, they have better weed.

Primus would probably classified under stoner metal. Les Claypool isnt really a redneck, he just sings that way because it sounds funny.

lol metallica stole all dave mustaines riffs for their first 2 albums. plus they had cliff (RIP) so they thought they were the shit, which they WERE because of cliff burton and dave mustaine. James Hetfield is a good riff writer though.

Ok, so yesterday I'm at one of my friends house and were getting stoned and screwing around and shit and he decides to put on some Tool. Now, when I say I like Tool, I mean I like the 4-5 songs of theirs that I've heard. He put on Aenima and before he even put the cd in I was obsessed with the unbelievable case it came in. I thought the whole thing was really creative. So he puts in the cd and HOLY SHIT. I felt like I had taken Satans acid. We were just jumping around in some kind of possesed state. They're very similiar to Phish except Phish is kind of like the light to Tools darkness. It was insane. I'm now addicted to Tool. I just went out and spent like 30 bucks on all of their cd's.

Tool is playing with you. Did you hear their new album, 10000 days? Its a test of how shitty their music can get while people still listen to it. Maynard is probably laughing his ass off.

Kurt Cobain killed himself because he wrote shitty music, and everyone liked it.

Man tool is pretty awesome but i think ill stick with black label society or pantera being my favourite..
