ok I wanna cop something I can put in my bathroom inplace of the regular everyday lightbulb
so is there a bulb I can buy that will go in that same socket that I have?

Yeah just get the most powerful standard socket compact fluorescent that you can find, they usually max out at about 42 actual watts.

if you replace every single light in your house with 23watt CFL's you can usually save between 200-500watts that can go right to the grow unnoticed

can I put that in the ceiling and use it for the plants or will it be to high?

well you cant do that you will need a good size cabinet or closet the CFL's need to be 1-2" from the plant anything further away and the plant will stretch and eventually die off

dont be fooled into thinking that anycompact florecent fitting is good to grow they arent!look at these, these are grow CFL's www.agrolite.comthere is a version also done by philips, and they come in both red and blue spectrums
