I've got two plants with 11 nodes and one plant with 13 nodes, would this be a good time to start flowering?

Do you know the sex of them yet? How many plants/seeds/clones did you start with to end up with these two? You gotta post a lil' more info if you're gonna start a new thread, bro. Thanks.
