Dresser made into my veg box.Any tips???

Hey every1 one time i had an idea to convert a dresser into a veg box so I found the perfect dresser some one was throwing out and took the faces off the draws.Then unscrewed the top witch wasn't that easy.Stripped the inside and disinfected it got some hinges put them on the top and back of the dresser and scewed all the draw faces on i then hung chains for my light 250w mh or 2 150 watt florecents plan on mylaring the inside but dont know if it will be to hot.I need an exhaust fan and intake any 1 got ideas?I also need some tips on a good hydro system for this dresser one that is short i was thinking a simple ebb and flow or drip in a 16'by24' pan would be good and would fit right in there but i need a good reservoir that would fit under it and easily be changed please give me some ideas.

hey i made a dresser into one but not as complex as a job u r doing i simply just took the drawers out and put flouros in on both sides and a 150 watt on top i wuz worrying the same thing if i put a hps or metal halide in there would it be too hot u can try getting one of the ballasts that exhausts thru a hole in the ballasts to keep the bulbs cool i would buy it but too low on money keep this thing posted it can help me out a lot and i'll let u kno if i find anything from my experiences as well im thinking of experimenting w/ a metal halide with mine soon

well my fixtures i take the bulb and whole thing apart and add an extention on the wire that goes to the bulb so i have my ballest and ignighter seprate from my dresser.I still haven't set my system up in it i'm going to check out home depot and the hydro store today i'll keep you posted hey please tell me how to post pics i got some good ones for you guys

I just got my pics up.This is my dresser I found.I took the draws off and screwed the faces on.Then unscrewed the top and put hinges on it.Any 1 got a good idea for lowering my heat it gets too hot in there so im scared to put my lil clones in there

i just got a 42 watt flouro which i need to get a specific socket thingy for and i recently obtained an HPS 100 watt but forgot about the ballast i know hps arent spoze to be used for veggie but i dont think i have enuff light in there and i think the hps will giv it all they need im also looking to get some mylar but wut other reasons would sum1 hav to buy it for?

I dont like it but my buddy just used a emergency blanket from one of those good first aid kits.its folded up and has creases but works pretty good.I just buy it from the hydro store theres alot more hydro stores out in local areas then you would think and i know there somewhat safe because i bought all kinds of stuff on about 10 different trips while the girls were in progress and never had a single problem to my knowlege if some1 was following me the sucked at it cuz my girls are done and dried and cured and smoked I am starting again with some clones i also like hps alot and currently have my girls under a 250w mh and a 150w hps i obtained them without buying should I say i am really good at electric and came across them and some extras lol i wired them out of box were i take the bulb socket and put in an extention then i can place my ballest and ignighter on 1 side of the room and have the bulbs hanging dirrectly over my babies by a couple of simple chains this is how i also planned on putting my mh into the dresser.thoght i should also tell you when i put the 150 hps in my veg closet even out of box was 2 to 3 times as hot as the 250 mh

here is some pics of my light set ups this is not were they are gonna be the whole time so i made it really easy to remove everything and change it out for hps or a new hydropan i stll cant decide hydro areo or soil i've read alot of people's opinion's that say soil gives your bud a better taste but thats a whole different thread

i think soil w/ soil the plant varies more on the talent of the grower becuz u get to control almost all of its enviroment and especially indoor becuz u obtain the soil nutes and everything it thrives off of
w/ hydro it comes out more as the true quality of the plant becuz they grow off a practically perfect set up water whenever it needs , nutes handed to them easily, not much for the grower to really interfere with but if u kno how 2 use nutes u can grow make the plant just how u want it
i guess im tryna say hydro can most likely gaurantee a good batch
but if u wanna be real hands on and less electric than u should do soil
but i probly am makin no real sense im jus high

well i do respect your opiniun but i went all out and got hydro i also got a flowering cab maybe a everything cab i'll post some pics later i'm going to work on it right now hey anybody got good hydro fert tips for flowering??

Love dresser grows, very stealthy. Don't know much about hydro though, so can't help ya. Just wanted to spur your dresser development on with some encouragement, because stealthy stuff is cool. ;)

i jus found one male in my grow and one female!, i male plant im keepin sumwhere else isolated from the growroom becuz even tho it has no sticky, it wuz a pretty durable and fast growing plant so i wana keep those genetics goin in the garden
but still my main beauty isnt showing its true colors yet i guess the smaller the plant the faster it will show signs of sex or at least thats the way it happened here
so i have heard that males are worthless to the commercial grower becuz they have no THC but then i hear they can be used for hash, so to me there must be sum smokeable part becuz u can still use it for hash i just wana kno if there were any possible part to use where is it located?

no dont smoke it its a waste of time and headachs bro just trust me its fun to cross some stuff but if you get a good strain and a nice mommy you'll never even look at a male unless your reasearching lol i had a aunt one time when i was much younger i remember she had 1 male pot plant she grew just for the flower but not to smoke she was a exotic gardner i learned alot of strange plant stuff i never would need to know but was interesting
