pH tester?

[peace plz]

I was wondering if this pH tester would be something I could use to test both the pH of my water and my soil? And if it's not, does anyone know of any easy to use pH testers that can do both? Or recommend anything?

they sell those in just about every nursery and hardware store ... I have one, they aren't very good ... if I want an accurate reading, I use litmus paper test strips, obtained at any drugstore ... I start with neutral pH soil, and seldom test after planting ... I don't add nutes until I see a need, so my pH doesn't really change over the course of a grow ... :smokin:
