I am currently trying to figure a way to recieve a refund on my Ipod Video 60 gig (for personal reasons). When I called the apple store they told me that refunds are only possible within 14 days of purchase. I have owned my Ipod for slightly over six months now. Anybody got any excuses that work for getting them to refund it??? Not to mention, it is is perfect condition and I have everything that it came with.

They have no obligation to refund it. Usually they'll only repair it if there's something wrong with it. And even then, they'll repair, not refund. I think you might be stuck with it :)

If you have everything it came with, read over the warrenty agreement. It should shed some light on what your options are.

Peace.

Grr, unfortunately I have read that same information about the 14 day limit issue on the warranty allready. There's got to be some reason they would refund and ipod after 14 days though!

if you bought a warrenty for it just like find a way to make it not work(magnets maybe) then they will send you a new one, after that just sell it to someone looking for a new ipod and give em a 30 $$$ discount or something
