It's not all on a one-night basis. Depends on how much sleep I've had in a two or three night period. For instance,
I'm getting up at around 5:30 am to get some fishing in before work tomorrow, but I've had a good 8+ hours of sleep the last few nights. I should be able to get up early have a full day and not go to sleep too early and feel fine the next day.
If I haven't been getting enough sleep, I can't get up early to save my life.
I guess I'd have to say I need aroun 7-8 hours of sleep on average. If I get more than that in, I can get up at ungodly-early hours.

I sleep 6 hours a night, sometimes 7 hours if I am lucky. What sucks is all the times I have to wake up in the middle of the night to piss.

about 10 hours on the weekdays, and like 8 hours on the weekends.

I'm a night owl by nature, so forcing myself to go lay down and sleep can sometimes be a chore, but I'd say on an average weekday with classes and whatnot, probably anywhere from 4-6 hours, and maybe 7 hours on some weekends.
Sometimes I'll get like a few hours max one night, yet somehow I'll wake up feeling oddly refreshed. Lol, I'm not complaining though. It lets me get more done throughout the day. ~

The middle of the night piss is not so bad, cause then I'm all hyped cause I still have half the night to sleep, I was a weird kid when i was younge. I use to live for sleep, cause in my sleep i didn't have to face the reality that was my life, but that was years ago :)

If left to my own devices and allowed to sleep as long as I can, I'll nearly always wake up after exactly 7 hours. If I'm real tired, I can usually go back to sleep for another two hours, but 7 is my average. On days when I have time and on weekends, I love to take naps, too.

anything more than 8 hours and I feel more tired when i wake up then I did when I went to sleep in the first place.4 a nite MINIMUM and 9 max.But I've gone for months on little more than 4 hours a nite Though I must admit I was pretty bitchy near the end.longest stright period without sleep for me was 4 days.Smoked a 1/4gm of meth with a freind.

Janis was my uncle's high school prom date. She was the ugliest girl in the school I do believe. But damn could that girl SING!And damned if she didn't hate Port Arthur with a vengance too. They shunned her and treated her like trash and when she got famous she made a film about her hometown just so she could piss all over them in revenge. Can't say I blamed her, even though Port Arthur happens to be my hometown as well.
