I'm in College right now and I was just wonderin' do the people on this forum smoke gonja and still do well in school, I manage to keep my shit up well but I just don't think I'll ever stop puffin', I might have to cut back once in a while. I go to school in the morning and do my homework in the afternoon but after that I load up my ice bong and smoke some bomb kind bud. What are people's routines or do you guys puff all day, I just find it hard to function fully during the day, maybe if I puff schwagg I can manage but I even touch the Kind during the day, I'm toasted - TOO POTENT.

Well, im a college freshman, and I accidently went into the engineering field (huge mistake unless you just love it) so right now I have around a 1.5 GPA, however its not because I smoke its becaues the classes are god awful impossible, plus my first class is at 7:30 on MWF so I usually don't even go. My routine is awesome. I sleep in till around 1 then dick around in my dorm room for 4 hours until 5 when he gets off. We then roll up a joint (always a joint) and smoke around 6ish. Then we go and get dinner (usually fast food) sit around, sometimes take a weed nap, and then smoke again around 10/11 depending on how we feel. Then I hang out at his house until around 1, and drive home to my dorm with a buzz. Its great because every single day, I get real excited whenever its almost 5. Like today its currently 4:36, im sure most of you guys are high right now.

i tried going into school baked once..im in highschool..i couldnt pay attention and even while i was stoned i was thinking..bad idea lol. i couldnt get my head to do what it was supposed to be doing..learning spanish haha.

im in year 10 and my work is hard shit so I have a couple ov cones in the morning before skool. I started doing it before skool about a year and a half ago and bak then I was on about a C, now days i do it every day and Im getting A's in everything, makes everything more broken down and simple when i'm stoned. But everyone is different with pot.

I can back that up too. Essays are better when I'm high. I wanna write them when I'm high from now on. I smoke before and during school very often. I rolled a joint in class, a joint in the bathroom, one in the locker room, 2 in the library. I smoke them in the park near my school alone sometimes but mostly with friends. Sometimes it makes me focused but sometimes it makes me not understand a single thing.

i failed algebra freshman year (not doing anything at all) and then last year i was either stoned or on speed everyday/morning(it was my 1st period), and it was so ez and fun.
i could think really abstractly and figure things out. and like problems i didnt know how to do. i jsut went into a deep sleep like thought with the problem and could manage to figure out how it was done on my own, it was great.
got a 100 on the mid term stoned, and 2nd highest final grade out of anyone my teacher taught that year ^^

Here's my findings concerning marijuana and school (and me):
High School - Marijuana = 2.9 GPA
College + Marijuana = 2.9 GPA

In conclusion, marijuana neither hindered nor helped my average. Going to class stoned, especially in subjects that were interesting, made me want to participate and ask questions more than I would in a sober state of mind. I wouldn't suggest marijuana when the class calls for mathematics or statistics or if the teacher is very monotone when they speak. As to a schedule I went by, I'd smoke a bowl or two before I headed out to class so I was pretty much baked when I arrived, peaking in the middle of lecture and coming down at the end of class.

i can read, watch a docco, gone in 60 seconds. :)

nah, everytime i get stoned, i become really intellectual. and think of stuff i'd never ever figure out while im not stoned!
like last night, i gave my mate a massive lecture on something to do with blood flow and the heart, yea she wasnt listening, but it all made sense adn i cant even remember it now!!!!!
i'd say im really dumb usually, but me + ganj = intellegent me!

yea im in grade 11 and its a very rare occasion that im in school not high. last year i smoked before bullshit assembly days but this year my first perios is hard as shit but once u smoke herb everyday before school you realize that u will still be able to learn, i cant do good in school when im not high i cant focus cuz all i wanna do is get high, and it makes the day go quick as shit. I wake up me and my bro drive to school hittin bowls/J's/L's then go to shcool caome home blaze chill blaze before bed and im good. I also tried opium beofre school once, i blazed two bongs of opium and a 1.5 gram blunt before school (between 4 people) and school was great but i dont reccomend it if u plan on learning

I go to school stoned quite often and i have a math class first period and machine shop for the next few. I usually do pretty damn good in math and I have right around a 90 in there right now. I like going to machine shop tho because i usually come up with new ideas for bowls and shit and then i work on my required shit when i am comming down off my high and it usually do a pretty good job. Lately i have been buying some pills off a friend and snorting them in the toolroom real quick and im set for the next few periods until lunch when sometimes i leave and get high again.

Ah im in 9th grade hinse the name weedseed and uh i dunno. stoned right now and i thought it would be fun to type? i know, it would be wouldnt it? yeah and im like typing now but uhh i usually get high before school and like i dont take test when im high tho, i just cheat off this really nerdy guy in front of me. i would say its a bit hard to cheat when im high tho. It always feels like the teachers lookin at me. although i look at her cuz shes hott. playboy belly button ring ;) lol. uh dont carry weed around at school when u already smell like it and ur eyes are red and when ur in world geography class and ur teacher asks u what class ur in.......dont say south carolina lol big mistake for me. gotta go chill with smokie now im sure fuck i dunno

My friends and I used to smoke 3-4 3 liter grav bong rips a day - probably about a gram each a day, we went through an 1/4 per week. We were poor though so we had to use the GB's - they were pretty rough. If you were to estimate that amount in bowls it'd probably about 3-4 bowls a day per person. Pretty good shit too, low end haze most of the time. Stuff was so resinous I could stick it to the wall. The real fun was when we pulled out the mushroom (4 person water bong) or the 5' piece. The summer also kicked ass without any classes - every night we tried to "go for the gold" as we put it.

Anyway, with all that smoking I maintained a 3.6 with a computer science degree. My other friend has a 3.8, again in CS. Another one 3.9 with biomedical engineering, he smoked even more.

I'm willing to bet this isn't the norm. I occasionally went to class stoned, usually not though cause it was so damn boring. Most of the time I did homework (math/physics/etc, NOT liberal arts shit) I was flyin high. Pot helps me with analytical thinking. I even took a final my last semester as an undergrad ripped as hell and got a 100 (it was an easy class - network security).

I found that when I smoked reguarly I could do shit stoned very easily, sometimes much better (as long as it didn't involve memorization). There are definately *many* examples of things I think about/discover when stoned that I would never come up with sober - some of them very good ideas, some seem good at the time but when sober you realize it was fucking stupid.

Now that I gradudated and have a full-time job I don't smoke as much and consequently I don't perform as well when ripped - unfortunately. :(

I believe being a smart stoner, is the best stoner because being smart just proves everyone that marijuana is not a bad drug, so I always go to school high, and I concentrate my hardest and get good grades so that all the anti-smokers can eat shit behind my GPA

I had a 3.5 on a 4 pt scale in highschool and now I am a freshman in college and getting A's B's and well one C
You just have to balance out shit. I want to do good because I want to be a doctor when I get older!! Or do something who knows for sure?? A travling Anthropologist?? Or a botanist!! lol
I just get my shit done and then I can enjoy a fat joint afterwards.

Yeah Right on man, thats what I'm talkin' about, I have to do really good too I want to go to Law School in about 3 years but gotta have the grades. I smoke after I get all my shit done at night its such good incentive to study hard and come home and smoke a big fat bong of Kind like I will in about 2 hours. I totally believe in being a smart stoner and getting good grades because it shows the fuckin' world that WEED is not a drug and you can accomplish great things. Look at Dr. Andrew Weil he went to Havard Medical School and got the 1st Government grant to see if Psilooybin Mushrooms have any medical contibutions and He's a big advocate for Weed too - Harvard Med. School Maaaan - thats what I'm talkin' about, Right oN Study Hard and Smoke a Joint.

I got a 4.0 (4 A's and 2 A+) last semester (junior year of high school) in 3 honors and 2 AP classes. Of course, I don't smoke on school nights, except for like Haloween. I work really hard during the school week and just go crazy on weekends.

i get mostly Cs and Bs in school, but i dont think it cuz of smoking weed. i just take a while to learn shit, like even during freshamn year, when i had my pink virgin lungs, i would get Bs and Cs. im pretty much a daily smoker, so i dont even get super high, just very creative, insightful, appreciating music an shit. im fully able to function in school high, but unfortunately im a slow learner :( . i do write my best papers when im high though, and i blaze every day before my poetry class. thats the one class im acing, because when im high i write the most metaphorical, deep poems that just make everyone go "whoa".
