I' 5' 4" tall, and weigh 130 pounds. Throughout the summer I smoked one to two thumb sized buds a week, sometimes I didn't smoke at all. Does that constitute me as a casual user? :o I wasn't nearly as active as I usually am, although I did workout once maybe twice a week sometimes. So, on Labor Day weekend I quit. I did take two small puffs off a pipe a week after that, and that weed wasn't all that good. I tested on September 27th, so essentially I hadn't really smoked in 27 days.

I know I worry alot, and they told me that no news is good news.

Well you are EXACTLY right. No news is good news. Pending on how active you really were is how long that bud will be in your system... I smoked an ungodly amount every day then stopped for 20 days. I got tested and they said my levels were higher then most people who get tested right after smoking. You should be fine (i wasnt). Just keep your hope alive.
