How to cool my room?

Hello, im new here and new to growing medicinal, my limit is 6 plants in bud.

I built a 4x4 room around 7 feet tall, I have a 1000 wat MH and a 1000 HPS, I would like to use both in this room but I cant even control the heat off my MH :( The room is 2 feet off the ground btw, other than that 2 concrete walls and 2 made of panda plastic.

I have a 4x4 area

1 vented hood with the temperd glass ( I think I can put both bulbs in it has 6 holes for venting or fixtures ) Measures 2x2

I have 1 small squirrel cage fan runs around 165 cfm
I have 1 large squirrel cage fan, has 2 outputs runs 500 cfm
I also have around 35 feet of vent tubing

(cant afford to use Co2 :( )

I can vent out of grow box into the room around it , then outside NP, this is a legal grow so im not limited by much - no neigboors really either.
Anyone have any ideas that can help me set this room up with venting?
Should I use the big fan to pull air thru the lights, air out of the room? Or pull fresh air through it?
The little fan to ventelate my room? How would I run the air for that?

Can you use 2000 watts in this space and keep it under 80 degrees? I live in oregon its not that hot.

OK, you have most of what you need to cool your area, but really you will probably have a near impossible time running both lights at the same time, plus your plants would grow too large to be able to properly flourish with both of those lights in such a confined space even if you could cool the lights and also you hit a point of diminishing return because there is only so much light that can be absorbed by the plants. I have almost the same exact measurements as you and I use a 1K MH for veg and 1K HPS for flower. I use a couple fans and what not, but I will try to explain how I would use it if I were you, and how I indeed do use it at this very minute.

I would take the larger fan and put it, say, hmm in my case under the house with the carbon scrubber. I run a vent tube from the top of my hood and the fan sucks all of the air from my box or room right up threw the hood sucking out the hot air from the light as well down the tube threw the fan and from the fan it is pushed threw the scrubber. At this point I have taken the majority of the heat and stink ot of the room, but then to bring the temps down a little more I take a smaller squirrel cage fan and pull in cool air from the out side, and this is my active intake. At night the temps are around 40 and this keeps my box about 75 to the low 80's. When it gets down into the teens and sub 0 I will probably turn off the fan and just allow it to be used as a passive intake.
With the active intake bringing in the cool air I make sure I keep screens on the fan and a vent to cover it out side in order to prevent bugs from being sucked in and light leaking out. The intake is located in the bottom corner of my box. With the tubing, or ducting you want to keep it as short as possible and not have to many turns in the tube or you will start to loos allot of your fans CFM pushing or pulling capacity.
OF coarse you could go with an AC unit, but you have everything to already cool it IMO. Also, try to keep your light cycles on during the night when it is cooler out side.

The first is a 5x5 room. 8" fan pulls air out of the room via the 2 open ended hoods. Exhausts into the attic. Fresh air is blown into the room via oscillating fans. There is so much air being pulled out that havent needed an active inline intake yet. Those are 2 600 watt digitals.

Second is a 4x3 room with a 1000 watt cool tube. Pic is a little old, the y-pipe was removed so all air is pulled through the cool tube instead of part of it. It is staying cooler because of this. You can literally touch the glass even after the lights been on all day. The room is fed by a slower 4" squirrel cage. A 6" inline fan pulling air from the 4x3 room would drop temp another 5 degrees for sure. And humidity.
