HAVE ACQUIRED A NEW GROW TRAILER.
IT HAS A BREAKER BOX HOOKED UP IN IT.
MY QUESTION IS:
IT IS SET UP WITH THE HOT LEAD CONNECTED TO A 30 AMP BREAKER. IT IS HOOKED WHERE THE OUT LEADS NORMALY ARE HOOKED UP TO.
AND IT HAS A JUMPER TO POWER THE WHOLE THING.
DOES THIS LOOK OR SOUND RIGHT?
IT IS A 110 SET UP
THNX

Looks right to me. But I'm not an electrician.
You're going to get a lot of people on here respond that if you are asking questions about electrical, you should be hiring a certified electrician. I would tend to agree with them, [/b]however[/b], in the absence of lots of money, the presence of a decent amount of basic knowledge...and a set of balls, you can do it yourself.
What I did was wired 2 extra 20 amp circuit breakers into a breaker box with the positive (hot/live) wire going into the breaker...and the neutral (common) and ground wires going into the same metal strip on the side (mine was on the side). I was told by an electrician friend that this was the only place that it is safe to put the nuetral and ground wires together...
Anyway, thats my input. Good luck. Dont kill yourself or burn your house down. Take all the necessary precautions. Wear rubber gloves and rubber soled shoes. Don't do it stoned/high. You'll be ok.
Over and out.
