Ok so I was talking to my hard-core conservative room-mate about legalization of marijuana. I asked him why it should be illegal. One of his arguments was that another legal drug (w/ alcohol and nicotine) would cause to many probelms. I asked him what kind of problems. He didnt have an answer, then he came back with the most ignorant statement ever made. (are you ready for this). He told me with all seriousness, "Pot is the cause of unemployment in America, because all people who smoke do is sit at home and get high." Pretty rediculous huh. Especially when he was talking to a second year college student who gets better grades than he does. Thats really how some people think though. And you'd be surprised with how many people would actually agree with him.

What a dumb shit. Sit at home and smoke pot all day? Yeah, we wish. How would you get weed money without having a job? I don't think theres too many people who make a living purely off of dealing, and if they do then I'm sure they're runnin' around all day either buying it or selling it. But for the most part, 'potheads' are people like you and me, they got a life outside weed. Chances are you see 'potheads' all day long walkin' around, you wouldn't know it though.
