Ive heard that u can boil stems to make like...THC tea lol...

is this true? if so...where can i find the exact recipe and how to do it?

Well, some people do, but there the small fact that THC doesnt disolve in water, so it wouldnt work as far as im concerned. You need to disolve it in fat/butter/oil/alcohol.

Make Green Dragon instead, gather a bunch of stems (you need ALOT), put them into a bottle of vodka, shake it for a few minutes each day, and let it sit for a few weeks. After awhile, you'll have vodka with THC in it, and believe you me, that gets you quite done.
