Well I was wondering, am I spitting yellow thick fluid because of me smoking too much? Usually that doesnt happen unless I'm sick and I'm not sick at all so this has to be the first time I..spit the stuff in the sink without being sick :(.

Sounds like phlegm, which could indeed be a result from smoking.
Or an active lung infection. I had one for two entire years, and I only realised it was abnormal and that it was an infection the first day I didn't cough up any phlegm.

Oh....man I hope my lungs arent infected, I knew they were hurting but not every pain is detrimental so I hope if I stop they get better.

I'd say it's pretty much guarenteed that you have a lung infection, and at least clogged up lungs from the smoking. It's funny how people (myself included), adjust to it to the point where pain in the lungs seems normal.

anyway if you want to kill it take some concentrated garlic pills and a few sauna sessions (breathing deeply).

Get a vaporizer, kid! I have toked for 40 years and my lungs were a mess. 2 weeks after getting a Vapor Brothers my lungs were cleared up! Vaporizers don't smell like burning pot, they use about 1/2 as much as you would smoking, and the leftover pot can be used in brownies. (discountworldonline.com has the VB pretty cheap) I know the price may seem pretty expensive to a kid, but the health benefits are worth it! You make up the cost in a few weeks with the pot you save.

dont say things like that man, we...we *sob* we'd all..*sniffle, sob* we'd miss you so much man! i dont kno..dont know... what we' could do without you...lol:D you'll be fine chances are youve got bronchitis or a lung infection, like everyone else says. once i coughed up bright yellow phlegm for a month straight, and it eventually went away on its own. i didnt even slow down with my cigarettes which i still smoke a new one exactly every twenty minutes. i want to kill myself, but im too much of a coward to do it directly, excuse me im rambling, sorry :)

I have been smoking intensly for about 2-3 years now and I have the same problem I spit yellow phlegm every morning... I sometimes wake up to cough and some big nasty stuff comes out. I don't know if its the weed but I did'nt take any change I lowered my conso from a 14/week to a 3 1/2 per week... I'll wait to see the results... I went to see the doctor and explained my problem but he did'nt seem to find it abnormal at all he just told me I probably had asthma and prescribed an inhalator for my lungs... This shit seriously creeps the f*** out of me... :( Does anyone know a way to clean my lungs???
