how long should i ahev the ligh on for in what stages

during the veg you should have the lights on for 18-6 or a constant 24 hours shutting them down about every 2-3 days for about 4 hours, during the dark cycle they need to be at 12/12 and this cannot be altered really once started or they can hermi or go back to veg
