Hey, I was watering my seedlings- they're about a month and a half old right now and have had a couple feedings- and I noticed with some of them, the water that came out the bottom of the pot was a yellowish colour. Does that mean they should be flushed out? Thanks a lot! :stoned:

yellow water means salt build up this is what i do, place your pots in a tub or something that fits the whole pot and fill the tub right to the rim of the pot without water going into the top soil and let it sit 10-15min the water will seep through the bottom hole and get the soil very very wet.

then pull her out and let the water run off and pour a gallon of clean water through her and she will be cleaned out.

another easier method is taking 2-3 gallons of water and pouring it through until she runs cleans i like my method better it gets everything out

Thanks alot! The seedlings I was talking about have been giving me quite a bit of trouble (it's my first grow)...they didn't take nutes too well. But I just planted 7 bag seed and they're doing great so far- I planted them 3 days ago and they already have their second set of 'real' leaves. I'm gonna stay away from nutes for a loooooong time. lol. Thanks again. ps: your first grow looked pretty sweet
