Looking for seeds in Canada

Hey, I'm in Nova Scotia and i'm looking for some websites that sell seeds within Canada or any that will ship to Canada no problem. I was also wondering which strain is good for short plants. I have only about 4 feet in height in my closet. THE CHEAPER THE BETTER. Thanks in advance folks!
