about the hairs...

ive heard people saying that when nearly all the white hairs have changed to red/brown, its time to harvest. almost all of my hairs are red/brown, but my buds definitly arent done growing. im going to be checking the trichomes with a magnifying glass tomorrow, but im just wondering if i should go by the color of hairs at all?

Well,

I like to take samples. That way the next grow I know if I prefer a strain at 8 1/2 weeks or 10 weeks. You may prefer to do something different. That's what I do anyway but what do I know?

the hairs are a different stage of maturity, not a reference of trich maturity. if they are mostly amber, you are getting close

but try what LM says, it is a fact that diff stgs of trich maturity have diff highs
