Whuttup, people? My friends call me Fo20 (djFo20) , and Im from Houston, Texas, but recently moved myself, and my beautiful daughter (Carmella, a 4 year old American pit bull terrier), to beautiful B.C. A lil over a year and a half ago, I met my lovely girlfriend, whose real name will remain anonymous, online, and we quickly fell head over heels in love with each other. So, after communicating for a year, online, and after spending around $2000. dollars, each, on calling cards and sitting for 8 hours, almost nightly, on the phone with each other, we decided to make a move to bring ourselves together, finally. Canadian customs had different plans for me the 1st time I visited and sent me packing...After a long drawn out process, I ended up visiting a few times before finally making the big move. Ive been in B.C. for 4 months, as of yesterday, and am going to attempt to get a workers visa now, so that I can do what I gotta do to make it in this new place I call home.... Sorry for the long story, but I thought that would bring you up to where Im at in my life right now, for those who give a damn. Anyway, time to eat. I'll check this thing out later on. Nice to be here, on this site, and in B.C. Peace, til next time...

Why'd they give you a hard time? Did you try to bring two "decorative houseplants" across the border? LOL Glad to hear you have a lovely lady, a pitbull, and are now on this forum. Welcome!

Canadian customs hated on me cause I have a prior misdemeanor weed charge in the US from way back. Most of the customs agents are pretty decent people just doin their jobs, but this dude I got stuck with at Vancouver airport, the 1st time I tried to visit, really loved to show his authority...Dude was like my age and shit. Pissed me off. Put me in a lil room for awhile with this couple that was being seperated and deported....Had another customs dude follow me around to make sure I got on my flight that they arranged for me back to Texas (stops in Seattle, Vegas, Dallas, then home, at 9 am the next day....) A really messed up experience. I had never met my girl and was so excited, we both were, and then let down, hard. Oh well, Im here now and loving it. I'll love it even more when i can legally work, so I can make some dough. I love this damn place too much to leave. If I do have to go, my girl and her girls are comin back to Texas with me. But, hopefully I can stay. These mountains and the weather this summer made me wanna stay for life.....This winter will be my 1st real winter anywhere...Been to Detroit and Chicago and all over the US in the winter, cause I used to be a delivery driver, so I know what snow and ice is like, but never lived in it...This should be an experience...Anyway, thanks for the welcome wagon. Peace.
