Pass That Shit

If my room is cold, is it mandatory to have intake and outake fans. I thought that if they are sitting in the dark at a good temp that air ciurculation wouldn't be a problem. The room is not insulated from the outside and has concrete walls. I already purchased the fans, but I'm sceptical to start drilling the holes cause of the noise factor. The room is gonna get cold soon and I'm flowering right now. I will be using oil filled electric heater when the light is off. Also the room has an opening for outside air above the entrance door. So cold air comes into the room, but then I have a curtain one foot into the room from top to bottom sealing the light. So the room gets plenty cold inside. Do I really need to install the fans? I have never used fans before, but I'm gonna have house guests for a couple of weeks and will have to close the doors now. Thanks
I bought those in line fans from home depot. They are 4" round and I already connected them to the flexible tubing. But like I said, If I don't really need it, I don't want to do it. I figured that the fans will just bring more cold air in and raise heat expense and make noise. Thanks
