Here to share some pictures of what Ive been doing my last few absent weeks. I cut down all my old plants except the large G13 and the Afghani Kush due to moving and other reasons. Already smoked some, despite being a little premature its beautiful. Happy. But on to much better things.

First set are 48 Trainwreck clones, 2 Cindy 99 clones, 5 Cindy 99 mothers from seed, and 2 Skunk #1 clones. We didnt lose any clones. They are in 1 gallon pots, 45% FoxFarm Ocean Forest soil, 10% homemade worm castings, and 45% perlite. They are under 9 T5 HO Newwave fluros and a 400 watt HPS. I have to say, they seem to like the T5 HO better. This weekend we go into flowering, so the T5 flurescents get exchanged for 2 600 watt digital HPS air cooled lights and well still use the 400 watt HPS. The Cindy 99 mothers go into a veg closet for another week under another 400 watt, then get cut again. The current 2 Cindy 99 clones, 2 Skunk #1 clones, and 4 more unknown clones (have to choose today) go into my own personal grow tent in my room (I like having stuff to tinker with). We planted 5 seeds of Cindy 99 about a month ago, and we got 5 females. There is also a picture of a few bag seeds (same as my previous soil grow) which will join the Cindy 99 mothers.

We use Advanced Nutrients Growth Excel every morning when the lights come on. I am very very happy with the growth rate. We are expecting around 3 feet tall in the end, mostly single cola. We topped a few to compare. Aside from that, no nutrients until about 5-6 days into flowering since the Fox Farm generally has enough veg nutes for 3 weeks. Then we are splitting down the middle, 24 plants on one type of nutrients and 24 on another. I think my nutrients, which are comprised of Bloom, Grow, Micro, Vita Boost, Hornby Bud Juice, and Growth Excel, will blow away the other half which is on a completely organic and far less aggressive schedule (but still uses Growth Excel). We have quite a few bets going.

When we put up the 600 digitals, we install the 8" inline exhaust fan (pulling air from the 2 air cooled hoods and air from the grow room) and exhausting through an 8" carbon filter. A 6" duct takes cold air from the outside, through a 500cfm 6" inline fan and into the room. It is sealed, but we're experimenting without CO2 in this room. Right now vegging the room doesnt get very warm. I am excited to try out the digital 600s.

The second set of pictures is another closet running a 1000 watt HPS with a cooltube. Plants are about 6-7 weeks into flowering. They are made up of 2 Romulan, 2 AK-47, 3 Sensi-Star, and 2 MK Ultra. The AK-47 gave us a horrible time from the beginning as one was stuck in flowering when we got the clone and never really reverted back. However, despite their stunted size, they look and smell gorgeous and they are falling over from the weight.

Next week I will post pictures of the other box, which is 4x7 feet, carries 2 1000 watt HPS air cooled lights exhausting through an 8" inline fan and another carbon filter. A 6" Fantech keeps fresh air moving in. 20 lb CO2 tank will supplement the fresh air on a 8 times a day schedule (fans off and co2 on for 45 minutes, exhaust for 25 minutes, repeat). We are using planter boxes, and essentially copying Tranoble's recipe. 60 clones, 33watts/plant, dehumudifier. The box is 100% sealed. Planter boxes are made from 2"x6" and plywood. There are 2 of them, 1 for each light. We are expecting a minimum of 2 pounds from this box.

The next few months should be exciting. Many updates to follow.

Ok, here are some pictures of the 1000 watt closet that is 6-7 weeks into flowering. First 2 are AK-47, 4th one is Romulan.

Not sure of the order these are, but the last one is one of nugs on the G13. There are about 5 pretty large colas. I expect a couple ounces off this plant. Trying to keep it going for 2 more weeks however I need the space it is in pretty bad for some other babies.

Nice looking little grow there. Ive got some C99 seeds in the mail to me and can't wait to get it started.

Have you used the Growth Excel before? After reading Transnoble's remarkable thread, I was interested in getting some of it too.

Nope, first time. Seems well worth it already and its only been a week. Its quite concentrated so I dont see it running out too quick either. I havent seen growth this fast in soil.

Randomly picked up another 3 clones today, these one Purps. The mother collection is growing! Where am I going to put all this stuff?!? I did my first planter box tonight. 30 more Trainwreck clones at another spot. They look beautiful.

WOW! How many plants do you have growing? How about grams/watt/month?

Amazing setup. Im jealous.

Thank you for the kind words gentlemen. I wanted to get back into it, started with 5 soil females, progressed to the addition of 7 hydro plants, and now...well...now its expanded quite considerably since then. The AK-47 is about 10% amber trichromes right now, giving it a few more days. I forgot how fun it is to look at trichromes. Its another world in there. The rest of the flowering guys have about 1-2 weeks at most. Mostly cloudy, just need some amber to show up.

I am a little worried about my other 35 Trainwreck clones I just planed a couple days ago. We put them under the 1000 watt HPS and they started to droop pretty bad. We even tried offsetting the light but still drooped. I finally decided to put a 250 watt HPS in the 1000 watt's place in hopes that the clones will adapt a little more quickl;y to the HPS light and not die!!! Never had this happen before, and its very interesting considering the cool temperature the box has. The clones that are still left in the humidity dome are looking better then the ones I planted. Guess they are shocked. They are not right near me so I cant check on them as often as I would like.

I really need the G13 to mature. It just keeps growing and growing and I need my pantry back for storage and food! Not even half the trichromes are cloudy though! Might have to cut it next week. Its been seeing some neglect because of the other projects. I plan on doing some flushing solution in a couple days, in case I do decide to cut it down.

I trimmed everything but the main bush of the Trainwreck today. It smells gorgeous, looks great (trichromes are long, swelled, and plentiful), and will yield about 3/4 of an ounce. I cut it down quite suddenly, so the PPM before cutting was around 1300. It doesnt taste great (it hasnt been cured either) but wow.... I havent been that ripped in awhile. The Trainwreck with some scissor hash (hash from trimming) pretty much destroyed me.

Speed racer fan ?

Undeniably, Racer X is the least understood driver on the Formula 1 racing circuit. Both feared and revered, he inspires rumors that whenever he competes, crashes are sure to occur. A facemask used to conceal his true identity further shrouds him in mystery, only adding to his reputation as a jinx...

....yes I enjoy the show and I always related to Racer X :D

Here are some pics of the planter box setup. The Supersoil was not used, it is just an empty bag. Dont worry. 35 Trainwreck clones and 4 Purps. 2 Purps got planted, 2 are in pots going to be mothers. We had a bad scare though and a closecall. Our last batch of TW clones were crazy rooted, pretty much waited as long as possible. They loved the T5 and HPS immediatly. These TW clones however were far less rooted and I made the mistake of putting them under a 1000 watt immediatly. I was not near the room so I could not check on them. About 12 almost died, about 5 still look pretty bad. Some were so bad, I actually removed them and put them back into the humidity dome. Tonight, they were looking far far better because I switched out the 1000 for a 250. Definitely a big mistake that almost cost me 1/3 of the clones.

What was really interesting was...the biggest and healthiest looking clones survived the worst. I believe its because they had more leaves to keep moisture in and were not as rooted. The small tiny more woody clones are looking superb. I wont get a first hand view again until tomorrow morning. Still think we can get away with no or only 1 or 2 deaths.

The other big news is that I am transplanting the other 50 TW. We are picking up some 3 gallon square pots (god only knows how hard these are to find) and expensive as hell ($3 a piece and we need 60 of them). But they are only 10"x10" which is the same size as 2.5 gallon round pots. They are also very durable. Because of this new pot system, our available grow room has been SERIOUSLY reduced and I can only fit about 35 plants in the closet. So another 20 (including the seedlings and mothers) go into my second grow box (not pictured yet) where they will be joined by 25 more plants in 3 gallon square pots. These will be Cindy 99 clones from the Cindy 99 mothers which I am cutting in 2 weeks. 2/3 of the TW will be single colas, the other 3rd have been topped and bushed.

no idea. I always set my sights low and get pleasantly suprised. Transplanted one wave of Trainwreck from 1 gallon round pots to 3.5 gallon square pots. They were pretty shocked but hopefully a nice long nightime and theyll be fine. We also had a bad luck day. One of our new 600 digitals stopped worked (the ballast) and one of our 8" fans decided to arc from its motor and blow a large spark into the ducting which fried part of the ducting. Thank god we were smart enough to test everything before leaving it.

This is the new setup for the closet. We have to still figure the light scheme out, but I think we will end up making the lights go across the room instead of with it. The light spread is not very ideal at the moment, some plants are shaded and the mylar is getting to lit. We also are dropping the plants to the floor tomorrow for considerably more room.

The single 8" fan pulls a serious amount of air through both hoods. The hoods are 8", down to 6" ducting, into a 6" to 8" Y into a 90 degree elbow into a 700cfm Vortex. Eventually I think we will make the intake side of the hoods even smaller to increase the velocity of the air, but its working well right now. More pics tomorrow. I also cut down my G13 hydro plant today along with the last MK Ultra. The trichromes were cloudy, very very little amber, but its been over 10 weeks of flowering time and I desperatly needed the space. Now that its gone, my entire house is suuuuuuuuper clean and low key again.

Here are some pics of the babies before transplant, the room, after transplant, and G13.
