WHATS THE BEST TIME OF DAY TO HARVEST?

I have heard different stories on the best time of day to harvest, but i dont know what to believe. I was also wondering whats the best to dry my buds?

Any comments or tips would be greatly appreciated:D

dont really think it matters what time of day as long as its not raining outside early morning might be bad to if there is a dew, almost always harvest at night but that is more for security reasons.
there is so many ways to dry just pick one most all of them accomplish the same thing.
