how long for sex?

Hi - sure have learned alot from everyone here. TY I have a question about sexing - I am sure I have a female but the other isnt a bonafide male yet. Ive read that typically males "show theirs" first - so maybe the questionable one will be female, yet no hairs. Just kind of looks like new growth, is this just wishful thinking? Question is: How long is it safe to wait to be sure?

you should be showing hairs by three weeks but some strains may wait longer. if you are not seeing balls or pollen sacks, it may be female. If you had a photo up close of the nodes we could tell you for sure. I am at week three as well and can definantly tell check it out... does your other female look like this?
