lighting question

hypothetically speaking, would two 120 watt plant lights be sufficient enough for 2 plants in 5 gallon buckets in an 18 X 24 1/2 X 8 ft tall grow space? if it helps tommorow i can show you the brand i was assuming.

You have to be more specific than 'plant lights'.
There has been a spate of people on the boards lately using incandescent plant lights, which is a no-no.
