5 Weeks flowering Bubblegum...how much from this pic alone?

Hello brothers.

It's been a long and painful ride to get to this point...(I lost my most healthy female to a newbie mistake early on) but anyhow this pic is of my most healthy remaining female (who has flowered) and I was wondering if you experienced growers can let me know how much you would expect in yield just from the portion of the plant you see in the pic.

Yes, the plant has more buds but th portion you are seeing is probably going to be 65% of the yield.

Any guesses for dry weight?

It's bubblegum by the way and I have 3 more clones just a few days into flower.

Help me out please brothers and sisters...I'm expecting to grow this at least 2 more weeks, maybe 3...what do u think?

That plant still has at least another 4 weeks to go until it is finished. It isn't near done and guessing will be like trying to read someones mind. Impossible to predict how much you'll get. None of us know how dense those buds are going to get, or who knows what could happen to it by overfeeding from now till the finish.

Just grow it, finish it, dry it, and let the scale tell you how much you got, because it's a ballpark anywhere from 7g's-30g's, impossible to tell.

Thats fair. I'm flushing it tonight because I can tell its got a sodium build up and possible over fert...

No more ferts from now on though. It's on its 6th week flowering, 7th week from the day it went to 12/12 but its only got about 10% of the pistils orange (I know its not the pistils you judge by)...so I'm going to give it 2 to 3 more weeks.

Damn I'm anxious! Bubblegum smells so fuckin sweet...

Will it haunt me if I trim a bud early? ahhh..fight the urge

u could probably trim a bud a little bit early without it hurting.. yea i would flower for 4 more weeks also

Wait until the buds swell up before harvest. This happens during the last 2-3 weeks of life. That's when the buds put on over half of their final weight. I can see that a lot of white hairs (picture) and very little actual bud growth. You want to wait until the bud swells up, filling in that space with leaf matter, instead of just hairs. Hairs do not pack a of potency and carry as many trichs as the actual leaf matter, the bud.

And anxoiusness can kill a person! I know it. I harvested my first grow much too early and it was a huge mistake. Harvesting to early can result in a bad taste, low potency, or a light stone that only lasts for a short amount of time. Trust me man, wait until it is done. Don't let your hard work go to waste by harvesting a crappy smoke. Wait anoth 3-4 weeks, flush during the last 2 weeks of life, and harvest when the buds are prime. Again, wait until the buds have swelled up. The green leaf matter bulges out big time. Harvest too early and you'll lose mega potency and yeild.

But I must say...I couldn't resist....I picked the smallest bud with the most orange hairs I could find (40%) and damn I am high...this bud was very tiny...its not even on the picture...

I'm damn high now...and I am not even gonna touch the rest of that plant. If that tiny bit got me this high...damn I can only imagine 4 weeks from now. I'll let you guys know how it goes...could be dangerous!

PS. I slow dried it in the oven at about 150-200 F degrees for 20 mins or so before smoking.

Here's Bubblegum about 6 weeks flowered. Lots of hair, budleaf and crystals just starting. Probably another 4 weeks to mature.

Yeah I can see that. Outdoors my clones would look at least like that...

The thing is the pic I have is of my worst plant...you know the one that barely makes it on your first grow...the one riddled with problems, the one that was super stretchy at the beginning...

but yet I like how my buds are turning out. And again, I still have 3 clones that are days away from flowering ready to go so I'll consider this my virgin grow...the 3 clones are untouchable.

I gotta say though...I love the sweet smell of bubblegum...I never thought it would be soo sweet...

3 more weeks. I'll let you know how it goes.

Actually, that's a bucket plant that's indoor/outdoor. It has very little stank or crystals at this point. The outdoor plants of the same batch are smaller, yet are very stanky and crystalized.
