Hydroponic Help

This is my first time growing in a hydroponic garden. When I change over to 12/12, do I need to change the timer for my water pump? Any wisdom passed on is greatly appreciated.

What kind of hydro set up are you using? what kind of medium? E&B, drip, bubbler, NFT or what? RR, Grow rocks, hydro ton, or what?

Its an e/f w/grow rocks using a 250 MH lamp.

Water when the lights are on ,12/12 or 18/6. Water dearing the light cycle,
but how many times aday do you water now?3 or 4 times a day for 10 to 15 mins. each cycle.
