And not ripped in a good way.

I'd heard 100% positive reviews about them and had no worries, but its now been 14 days without a shipping confirmation, or anything of that sort to indicate they've even been shipped....

They say be patient it'll take at least seven days, so I waited 10 and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Now I'm starting to get pissed.

They have no listed #, nor do they respond to emails.

in 2004, bout two and a half years ago, I ordeed $100 USD or so of glassware......needless to say, I never got ANYTHING till this day.

Fuck Northwest Glassart.
