Hey there havent posted in a few weeks, but here are me ladies, exactly 4 weeks into flowering. All is looking ok I guess, I do have 2 plants that the leaves are curling (See picture below) I guess maybe this is over fertilizing? I did a flush today, and plan not to fertilize with my Earth Juice for a week or so. Some one help me to know if that is right?????

Thanks!

2 things

they are showing fert burn , but its that time the leaves are being used as a source of nutes aswell, and naturally begin to yellow, and show necrosis.

remember near the end of budding, to flush those girls, you did overdose them

So should I not fertilize again for the rest of the flowering process? I plan to let them flower for at least another 4 weeks.

Thanks:pimp:

I was reading that I should leach with water a couple more times because my leaves are curled, with dultued fert solution. Is this true, or should I continue flushing with plain water?

when did you last water her?

well what i would do is flush her out with 2-3 gallons of plain water then add 1/8 of your flower nutes to a new batch of water and pour this in last and hope for the best

I flushed yesterday, so maybe on the next watering in a few days add the 1/8 strong bloom nutes, is that what you are saying?

yup thats what i was saying its a good idea to flush mid flower anyhow from the salt build up from nutes and water makes the PH go nuts nute uptake goes wack and the headaches that can be solved from a simple flush.

i say in 2-3 days she will be perking back up like nothing happened

Knowm-

My room temp, is right at 80 degrees, for the most part the (400W HPS) light is about 12-14" above the toppers. I do have this one crazy ass Sativa in the corner that is already 5ft tall! Should I tie her over? I dont really know how to do that. The rest I would say are a little more than waist high.....thanks a lot guys for your help...

you got some pics of the sativa?

Far left corner in the back....I will take a better pic tomorrow. Its really tall but there are plenty of white hairs at the top, seems to be taking waaaay longer to flower than the other Indica varities I seem to have. By the way my girl brought me back a pack of "Bob Marley's Best" seeds from Amsterdam, while she was there! Wahoo....

Hi Redman..

You can usually gently bend a plant over.. using a piece of string...

You definitley want to be very careful doing this to plants that are in their latter stages of life...

your stalks are probably getting a bit brittle and just imagine how crushed you'd be if you snapped off the main cola.. yikes..

thanks for the pictures!!

Ok day 2 after flush, and I went ahead and flushed them again today with plain water (ph correct) since the leaves on some were curled pretty bad. I think they are looking better......

p.s. that small clone I put in there as an experiment, because look how small it is, and its showing white hairs already! so I thought, what the hell I will flower it, what do you guys think??

Checked on them again today, the two that had the curled leaves the worst, dont look that much better after a second flush of plain water yesterday. Do I just need to wait a few more days and see?

Hi Red,

It is very difficult for a plant to repair itself when it is so far along in FLOWERING.. you may never get that corrected.. Actually I would bet you don't... WHat is important is that you have GREAT color and that the texture of your leaves is healthy.. Not BRITTLE or DROOPY.... I think you are doing GREAT!!

As far as the little plant goes, it is always GREAT and FUN to experiment... See if you can get it closer to the light!!

Knowm Thanks! you are the best! Your knowledge is second to none.
Do you recommend me starting back up my Bloom ferts next week? Maybe a bit weaker.....1/2 tbsp of Earth Juice Bloom to 2 gallons of water...

Since I am in my 6th week of flower, and experiencing over fert.....should I just water with plain water from here out?
