It's debatable. THC isn't water soluble, but I believe some cannabinoids are.

I definitely agree that bongs > anything else though...

Higher than anything else? I doubt it. But really good? Definitely. I think this is because the volume of smoke (and thus amount of THC) is so great and is ingested in such a short period of time (you rip a bong and you take the full hit in quickly). Bottom line, you can pull bigger hits on a bong and thus get fucked up faster.

Some of my best/highest experiences have been after ripping a bong. Granted we tend to burn that shit to the ground for bowl after bowl until either there is no more weed, or no one is willing to pack another bowl.

If I were trying to get really blazed I would look into purchasing a vaporizer. Personally I have never used one but the general idea is solid. It's apparently the most efficient way to smoke cannabis. However I do remember reading that the CBD/CBN isn't used with a vaporizer. In this case I've heard of people vaping their buds and then using whats left (after vaping) to cook with. You essentially smoke the THC and cook/eat the CBD/CBN. (this is personally untested, sorry :p)

I recently made some brownies. We threw about 8 solid grams of high mids into one batch. (in fact we still have some butter remaining so not all of the THC from the 8 grams was in the brownies.) I ate 2 and was blazed for close to 8 hours. We also smoked what appeared to be about a 2.5 gram L-joint skillfully rolled by a friend of mine. All of this was prior to an Easy Star All-Stars concert which, needless to say, was out of the world.

If you've never experienced a brownie high then I would suggest doing this to get really high. My entire perception of the world was altered. And it was the most enjoyable thing ever.

With some cold water and/or ice, it cools the smoke and it hits soooooooo much smoother. You don't feel the burn and you rarely cough (also depends on the strength of the smoker). The hits get huge though so you can get wrecked off a lot less weed I find. I will admit though, kicking a nice session with a fat blunt or spliff is much more chill.:thumbsup:

Basically pipes will get you higher then joints because you can take large hits evertime due to the extention between the weed and your mouth where as joints will burn closer and closer to your mouth everytime makig it harder for you to take massive rips. Bongs not only give you alot of space between the herb and your mouth but filter the smoke through water and sometimes even ice to cool the smoke even further for even larger rips. Although, there is something that gets you higher then bongs and those are volcano vaporisers. None of the thc is wasted.;)

This is true, but almost nobody hits their ceiling when smoking the ganj. Think about it, the faster you ingest THC the higher you get. So if you ingested pure THC (or some high quality bubblehash or something) in large quantities in a short period of time, you'd be more "fucked off your tits" than if you kept smoking and smoking and smoking until you passed out. You system simply could not handle all that smoke.

There really is no difference. Bongs make it easier to inhale and let you inhale more but they're difficult to lug around to say a moe concert where you could almost get arrested and drop your bong that you've had for 4 years and nicknamed Lolita as you run through the parking lot...

Bongs are definetly the shit man. You don't need a card and paper and a filter/paper to hold the end together... It's as simple as packing a bowl and lighting up.

Besides, when you're having a party, the bong is always the best to have around. No one will be spilling drool over your pipe and joint(at least I hope not, for your sake)... When you smoke through the bong, you get a column of THICK ASS smoke in, and you get ripped....!

You'll never get harsh hits from a j or a pipe because the smoke is cooled and it makes it so smooth ;).

Bongs generally get me SUPER high but I have also gotten SUPER high off of smoking a really skinny joint between 3 of us. I really like vaping tho, cause it gives me a great head high- i feel awesome but not disoriented or blaaaah.

I seem to get a slighly cleaner high from a bong. I've heard that the water actually filters out some of the cannibinoids though. I've also heard that a joint gives you the most thc but either way it's minute and no matter how you smoke it it'll still get you high.

For Bongs... Water does not have any fat or anything that absorb any thc at all. Only stuff like milk, butter, and alcohol would do that. It is debatable that there are SOME types of cannabis out there that can actually be absorbed in water. But you most likely should never worry about water taking any thc.. if you're that damn paranoid then go drink bong water and gain powers no man would believe.
Bongs get you really high because you inhale a lot of clean smoke and it feels really good because it's much healthier. Has anyone ever tried Hookah tobaccco without using a hookah? It's fucking HARSH! Same with pipe tobacco. But use water and it's very tasty and smooth. However, I always thought water only made weed taste and smell really sour, so that's a negative for bongs.. Or maybe its because of my metal mouth piece the smoke goes through that makes the metal and even the smoke taste and smell really sour.
Therefore, I highly recommend never to use metal. Glass ftw. Actually, I'm gonna make a thread about that later..

It is definetly factual that joints and especially blunts get you higher because joints are usually made from hemp which is weed so it's like smoking weed in weed.
Blunts really get you high because blunts are made from tobacco, so you get a baccy buzz and whacky baccy high - mixed. Blunts and joints make you take in a lot of smoke too cause they make so much smoke(especially blunts) that it's easy to get pretty high from them.

Pipes are really good for conserving weed as you can take a nug and burn it until there is absolutely positively nothing left (same for bongs or anything that isn't wasted in paper anyway) It highly depends what your pipe is made from that affects not your high but merely the taste of weed. I prefer glass and wood (glass ftw), but metals seem to make weed taste funkier and smell worse.

i notice no difference in smoking through water or not as far as getting high, but once your used to hitting it through water it is much easier on the throat and lungs. if not you might just cough up a lung as the cooled smoke expands in them. i like both way.

Bongs do burn up weed fast, but they can get you so ripped in just a couple hits where a bowl takes (for me at least) AT LEAST twice as many to be equally blazed, so it's an equal tradeoff. The feeling of being owned by a huge bong hit alone is enough reason to smoke out of one over a pipe.

It's debateable. While I myself am unsure of this theory, I do know that the smoke is KILLER, and alot safer. As the water filters out alot of the bad shit. Thus, making the smoke alot more smooth, and less cough-suseptable.

Fact: Once you go bong, you never go back. What ever the facts are about being stoned more/less with bongs, I believe that bongs are just better. They're handheld instead of finger held, you can see the entire bowl alot better, and you seem (maybe this is all in my head) to get high a bit faster, using a bong. I didn't say you get MORE high...but I do believe it gets you high alot quicker. At times, it even comes on heavier.

I own both a pipe and a bong. So I may test this out this weekend, when I get some bud.
