Oh, also, my washing machine has broken, I'm out of dope, I'm running out of excuses to tell my bank manager, I had nightmares last night about the people that I'm trying to forget about, my PC is shit and doesn't do the things that I want it to, and I've got a long night ahead at work....
I'm wearing a target on my chest, so any one who wants to take a shot with any sort of gun, should be able to hit me with little problem!

Oh, Res, I hear you man. I didn't pay my car insurance on time, so they canceled my policy and to get it reinstated it will be twice the usual payment monthly which caused my husband to scream at me for 2 hours. My bank account was overdawn $160 but, my husband's paycheck went in the bank and so now we have a little bit in there after all the bills. My mortgage and electric bill WILL DEFINITELY be late this month. I haven't bought in weed in over a month and have been relying on the kindness of friends. And my bed broke at 3:30 AM and I wish I could say it was because of a riotous romp but it was because the bed is ancient and a slat broke. So there we are, fixing the bed at that unGodly hour, and my husband asks, "Mary have you gained weight?" He was serious, too. I've also broken out in some sort of red rash and my fingers and lips are swollen and I am so itchy I am going insane. It's also cold and raining.
Sorry to vent but I feel better now (sort of). At least I woke up this morning and a meteor didn't fall on my house or anything....AAAAAh, wait, what's that flying ball of rock and fire hurtling towards me?!!!!

 MJM!
The rash is probably stressed related - or maybe something in your diet(?).
Partners screaming...been there :(
The car insurance thing is a bitch - another stealth tax, I'm afraid - it's ridiculous to think that one can buy a car these days, that is cheaper than the insurance needed to cover it!
As for the meteor, please pass it over this way..I'll lie on the ground to make it easier to hit me
I'm raking my brains at the moment to try and figure a way out of this mess...but I'm running out of options..
Hopefully I'll be involved in some motorway pile-up tonight, and then all the probs are solved
Yup...it's good to vent, and don't ever apologise for doing so, MJM...not to me, anyways:)
I'm the biggest venter going lol
Some people will say (as my ex did at the weekend) "Oh, stop moaning, and sort yourself out!"....I envy their simplicity, I truly do...but it aint always that easy, init!
I get tired of juggling money around all the time, and never having any land in my lap - and in the rare event that you 'treat yourself', it seems that you end up paying for it in real terms for eternity, and then the guilt sets in...did I really need to treat myself - well, if not, what's the point of living, if all you're doing is working to pay other people for the priveledge?
Ya get taxed to the hilt to keep you in the loop, and there's no way too break free
I wish I could just fuck off to some desert island somewhere, and tell the world to fuck right off!
Know of any desert islands, MJM?

It's not just money probs, GHoST (but thanks for your vote of confidence lol)
It goes WAY beyond such trivial things as money.
The money problems are dealable - they'll just have to wait their turn - or bang me up in jail, and that won't solve anything.
For me personally, I am fed up with trying to act like a drone (or sheep, if you prefer).
The things that are going on in the world, scare the shit out of me - seriously. Things are happening at an alarming pace, and I think that the world will change drastically very soon. I'm talking about in less than five years.
Maybe I'm being paranoid, but you have to look at the time-scale that we are dealing with here.
When Bush gets his presidency extended (as he will, no matter what the polls say), he will continue his drive towards world domination/subjudgation. That gives him 4 years to execute his 'program'.
Also, we have to look at how the UK is changing.
Listen to the media. The growing public hysteria at terrorism, racism, and personal safety.
Have you noticed how many cameras are in London? Geez, I reckon they could track a person walking from Heathrow, all the way to the far side of the Dome!
Blair is signing over more and more control to the EU.
All of a sudden, this idea of a New World Order is becoming reality.
And Big Brother is watching it all happen...
I'm depressed at my personal situation, sure, but I fear also for the future of my kids.
The politicians do not listen. They waste billions and billions of our tax-payers money, without so much as a by-your-leave, and we seem powerless to stop it.
A revolution brewing?
Maybe.
Certainly a police-state looks ever more likely, IMO.
Maybe I'm paranoid?
Maybe.

Maybe you are just being paranoid, but rightly so..
Once again, Res, you're totally right.. I see it happening to - alot of people see it happening.. But, what can we do? Worrying and becoming depressed over it won't help - people will just shrug it off as dillusional paranoia..
When people ask me 'What will it take for weed to be legalized?' I don't always know what to say, so I usually say the same thing - The only way it's gonna change, is a change in the consciousness of society.. And the only way that will happen is to educate people, whenever you get the chance..
If someone thinks weed is bad, tell them otherwise..
If someone thinks stoners can't 'function' (whatever that may mean) properly in society, then show them that theyre wrong..
If people think that its ok to drink vast amounts of alcohol but not ok to have a joint, then show them that theyre wrong..
Then, maybe they'll do the same.. One day, society will realise that the government has been lying to them, decieving them, and society wont take it anymore
I know I went off on a tandem (lol), but I believe the only way to do anything about the direction society is headed is to educate people about it.. Make people realise what the governemt are doing, how ridiculous the laws are becoming, that kinda thing.. because, i've found that most people don't even think about that kind of thing.. They, like the majority of people all over the world, just accept what the governemt tells them and orders them to do as 'the norm' without properly questioning it, so we need to make people think about it, make people question it., make people protest against things that they feel as wrong and not just accept it as a 'well, what are we supposed to do about it' situation
Thats the only way democracy should work, and the only way we can save ourselves

Yep, I agree GHoST
The alcohol vs Cannabis arguement will always find the latter as the winner, but you have to look at the bigger picture...ie, who stands to lose the most.
I wonder how many politicians have a vested interest in 'beer makers' (for want of a label lol)?
I'm guessing a damn sight more than ones that have a vested interest in cannabis growers..lol
And yes, education about ALL drugs is bad...again, look to the bigger picture...
Bad health is BIG business...who do you think subsidises cancer research the most?
We all know that tobacco kills us..and yet, you're allowed to use it from the age of 16!...what kind of message does that send out?
Do you reallly think that the cannabis issue is about health?
no no no...it's about the ramifications of the effect that it would have on industry...paper, rope, clothing, and a load more other things that you can make out of hemp - that's why it was made 'illegal' in the first place.
Alcohol is responsible for the majority of social unrest in this country and others - not cannabis - and it is illegal, where alcohol is not.
Cancer is the single biggest killer in the western world - and yet, tobacco is legal.
What are two of the biggest industries in the western world?
 alcohol and tobacco:eek:
...still think it's a health issue?
I thinkthat I went on a tandem then too lmfaooo
