You know this site is great. When I first started smokin weed about 15 years ago I was naive enough to think that all pot smokers were like me. Boy was I wrong. People from all walks of life enjoy the might power of the ganja.

I was attracted to the whole lifestyle bit. Sort of long haired, petuli smelling, hippie dudes and dudettes drifting through life blissfully stoned.
But I learned that pot was also popular with mobster and gangster types, metal-heads, african-american dudes, mexican dudes, sports fans, gamblers and everybody else imaginable.

I was naive enough to believe that "a friend with weed is a friend in deed" but really you should make your friends first before the weed sets in. I mean if the whole basis of your relationship is based on procuring bags and smokin the weed then you are not really friends and what you have is a junkie like situation.

When I was in High School I was a bi-curious closet freak. I had always wanted to mess around with other guys. I knew this to be wrong, but I was so damn curious. The closest thing I ever got to actually doing this was doing drugs. I wonder if there is any correlation to keeping it straight sexually and instead using dope as a channel to feeling better and more honest about one's self?

I learned an important lesson though. That there are people out there who are very different than myself who may have similar interests. THE POINT BEING: we are not automatically going to be friends like I used to so naively believe. It really :D ;) matters to me, it really does!
