Can you buy seeds legally in california? Where can i buy them? Do they sell them in stores or do i have to go online, but only if its legal in the state of california to do so.

well man, i dont know too much about American laws. but... Doesn’t the DEA consider seeds to be the same as plants. And isn't that why they are extraditing Mark Emery. Then again I believe that Cali has two counties in which pot is legal, under state law but not federally so you could get busted by the FBI. I'ts all so confusing down there EH

America is the land of the free. So no, you can't purchase seeds for a plant.

Any part of the Cannibis Sativa plant is illegal in the United States. Sadly this includes seeds. If I am not mistaken Britian has seeds classified as legal as well as many other European countries.

seeds are legal in canada because they dont contain THC. Go for a drive it's not that far

where in canada can you get the seeds? also, ive heard that its actually legal to buy the whole plants in canada, true or false?

false. I remember now that seeds are Actually legal, just the law hasn't been enforced in over 6 years (so the law is dieing).

If you live in Canada you can order them off the net, my friend did. And were I live Vancouver) there are lots of seed banks. I just picked some up, BC Big Bang 80$ for 12. not bad

and its not legal to buy the whole plant

GOing to canada for seeds would be a waste of time when you can just order seeds online and hae them mailed to your house. Most people on this site probably grow bag seeds and most likely the rest bought seeds online. If you are scared to buy seeds online, just grow bag seeds for growing practice until you get the courage to order online . Good LuCk with your choice :thumbsup: ...
