if you have a popped blood vessel in your eyes and you toke, when your eyes get bloodshot would they bleed?

Wtf, is this a real thread or is this my imagination lol. I was just wondering the same thing because it felt like I could feel my eye vessels in a pattern swell up or something so I thought this thread was an imagination when I saw it lol. I'm pretty fuckin stoned and when I read the thread title I thought it said THE ORGY Lol.

BLOODSHOT EYES: broken blood vessels in the eye covering. Not dangerous. Causes = coughing, sneezing, heavy lifting, a rough night, eye rubbing, blood clotting problem. Aspirin makes it look worse. Gentle warm compress 3X a day for 5 minutes can make redness fade faster. Lasts 1-3 weeks. If it happens without an obvious cause, have your blood clotting tested.

what i was asking though is since the blood vessels have been broken, and since when you smoke weed you get blood shot eyes (which i am assuming there is a greater blood flow in your eyes), wouldnt this cause your eyes to bleed or become more red?
