For anyone who has fibromyalgia (or if you know someone who does,) I just got through a nasty two week flare up, and, thanks to some really good bud, I didn't think once about chopping my legs off! Woo hoo!!!! I usually hurt the most in my legs, which is a daily thing, but during flare ups I can hardly move. Thank God I was able to find a connection (even though he's incredibly unreliable), otherwise I would have spent the last two weeks in absolute misery. Let's hear it for winning over chronic pain!!!

Thanks for the good thoughts! Unfortunately, all my sources have seemed to dry up lately, which is a major bummer. ARG!

I have not have fibromyalgia, but I have Celiac Disease (gluten intolerance). Many people that have Celiac also have fibromyalgia, and/or Dermatitis Herpetiformis.

Fibromyalgia is linked to mitral valve prolapse, another condition that I have. It's a good idea to take magnesium supplementation.
