View Full Version : Minimum time for force flowering

So based on people's experiences, what's the minumum days that it has taken for you plants to start to flower when force flowered? And does high phosphorus food really quicken the process?

what seeds/clones are they?

Mine took maybe eight weeks from germinating - some strains are autoflower.

They're from seed, not totally sure of the strain, but probably white widow and afghani (just three total), and started 12/12 when they got to their fifth node at less than two weeks.

I checked out your grow log, and seems like your plants showed sex in only three days, awesome. But how old were they at that point?

Maybe 4-5 weeks from seed (germination included) that's when I started worrying and joined here for help.

It could take a while. At 2 weeks old, your plants are not going to be mature yet, and it will be a little longer than normal.

I've had an Afghani show sex in less than a week, but it was a male, and they show faster. The females from that batch showed in about 8 or 9 days.

Also they were vegged for approximately 8 weeks from seed.

You could stand to give them a few more weeks next time around. This time you just have to be patient and wait for them to complete maturation.
